Returns & Exchanges

At Ravella Luxury Silkwear, we want you to be completely satisfied with your purchase. If your silk garments are not a perfect fit, we offer complimentary returns and exchanges within 30 days of delivery, provided items are in their original, unworn condition with all tags attached.

Return Process

  Initiate Your Request

  Visit our online returns portal with your order number and email address to select the items you wish to return or exchange.

• 2.
  Prepare Your Package

  Place the silk items in their original protective packaging and include the printed return slip provided in your confirmation email.

• 3.
  Attach the Label

  Affix the prepaid shipping label to the outside of your package and drop it off at any authorized carrier location.

• 4.
  Quality Inspection & Refund

  Once our atelier receives and inspects your return for quality assurance, we will process your refund or ship your exchange within 5-7 business days.
